Find out how to carry out your children’s access assessment, which determines whether the children’s risk assessment and safety duties will apply to you.
We will also outline our guidance on highly effective age assurance – an important part of the Act’s protections for children which we expect certain services to implement in 2025.
The session will focus on the practical steps that services need to take to comply with their duties.
