The Race to Resilience (RtR) provides a pioneer metrics framework for tracking & monitoring of non-state actors' resilience-building efforts. In 2023, RtR Metrics Framework was improved to align with the Sharm-el-Sheikh Adaptation Agenda, and enhance the partners reporting capacitie. This strategic effort responds to the Global Stocktake's call for rigorous, transparent, and credible methodologies to measure resilience-building actions, providing essential insights for both parties and non-party stakeholders.
